Philips Sonicare Series 7900
Main features
Another great option on our list is probably the most famous one as well. Philips Sonicare Series 7900 comes from a long line of brilliant devices. Where’s the catch? It’s also the most expensive device on our list. But it’s perhaps the most similar to AdvaSonic in terms of versatility. It also offers brilliant features like a charging stand, four toothbrush heads, and a carrying case. There are four modes to choose from: Clean, White+, Gum Health, and Deep Clean+. All of these modes can also be adjusted to any of the three intensity levels, resulting in a total of 12 dental hygiene variations. And another feature not found anywhere else? Bluetooth connectivity, which connects the toothbrush to the Sonicare app and helps you improve your routine.
Ease of use
While Philips has two buttons instead of one, it works about the same as the top two devices on our list. What sets it apart is the ability to link it to the Sonicare app and get stats and advice. For example, this toothbrush will let you know when you’re using too much pressure, offer guidance, and track your improvement. But don’t worry if you don’t want to get an app but still would like to improve your routine. Even without the Sonicare app, your toothbrush should make a pulsating sound if you’re putting too much pressure.
🦷 Value
Philips once again proves why they’re one of the leading brands in the market. It’s impossible to name anything wrong with this Sonicare device. However, it’s not affordable to all either. Even at a discount, it’s the most expensive electric toothbrush on our list, yet it has fewer heads than MySmile. Without a discount, we probably wouldn’t have even included it. On a more positive note, with Philips, you can always be certain that you’re getting a great quality device, so if the price has never been an issue, then this electric toothbrush is certainly worth considering.
